"The finished product was very successful in regards to accomplishing a majority of the Club's goals. The membership was very proud and excited about the new golf course. We are very proud of what we accomplished. The Club entrusted us to deliver a new golf course and to guide them through the process. We achieved their mission. The outpouring of positive comments by the membership at the grand opening was very gratifying."

Green Gables Country Club was originally developed in the 1940's, but the golf course was failing ergonomically and the Club was losing membership to the newer golf clubs within the region. The renovation included the re-routing of several holes to take better advantage of the topography and the Club's Lake Ward which is adjacent to the clubhouse. The improvements also enhanced the distant views of the Rocky Mountains.

The renovation which also provided for all new tees, bunkers, greens and cart paths and was completed on time and on budget. Following the completion of the renovation a regional golf magazine rated Green Gables as one of the top five private clubs in the area.
