"Working with Steve Kircher and his staff at Boyne USA was a lot of fun. The property was very unique being very lineal sandwiched between Hwy. 31 and Lake Michigan with three distinct settings which gave way to the Links nine with it's sandy dunes and waterfront holes, the Quarry nine which plays through an old shale quarry and the Preserve nine which is in a marshy wooded Northern Michigan setting."- Brian Yoder

Bay Harbor Golf Club, located along a five-mile stretch of shoreline on Little Traverse Bay near the resort town of Petoskey, Michigan, is the centerpiece of one of the country's most ambitious environmental reclamation developments. The dramatic site of a former cement factory and mining operation, the development now features 27 holes of golf along with a world-class hotel, marina, commercial property, condominiums, townhomes and estate lots. Bay Harbor is now the place to live and play in Northern Michigan. The development team created an aura, mystic that makes people want to be a part of its success and own property in the very upscale community.
