works closely with the principals, senior design associates and design associates
to ensure that we are providing everything possible that the clients need to make
their visions realities.
A primary objective in assisting owners in the development of the golf course is to work together to create opportunities to maximize the value of the project's association with the Arthur Hills / Steve Forrest and Associates organization. Each potential opportunity is different and we strive to provide the resources and direction to help the project progress and succeed."

Responsible for managing business development activities including strategic planning,
sales material preparation, website development, new client communications, pricing,
proposal generation and new opportunity assessment. Has a Bachelors Degree is Business
Administration from Bowling Green State University and has been with the firm since
1998.

Gary Hart
Director of Business Development Pacific & Western US Region
Responsible for managing business development activities in western North American
and the Pan-Pacific region including strategic planning, sales material preparation,
opportunity assessment, client communications, pricing, proposal generation and
client relations. Former 25 years executive with PING Golf who developed the company's
PGA Tour Player Program. He has a Bachelor in Science from Concordia University
in Seward, Nebraska. Gary is a member of the American Golf Writers Association of
America. Gary joined the firm in 2005.

Director of Business Development Atlantic & Eastern US Region
Responsible for managing business development activities in Eastern North America
and Caribbean Regions. Additional responsibilities include strategic planning, opportunity
qualification, client communications and relations, proposal generation and marketing.
A former business development director with Jacobson Consulting and the Stellar
Group in the Southeast United States, John is a seasoned executive with a degree
in urban planning from the University of Cincinnati. John joined the firm in 2006.
